1. Seller and Scope

These Terms of Sale govern consumer purchases made from Halo through our website halostore.co.

Halo sells essential oil diffusers and the accessories described on our website.

Each product page specifies the essential characteristics of the item, including its features and the contents of the package.

Essential oils, power adapters, and other accessories are included only when expressly stated in the product description.

Before placing an order, please check the electrical specifications, plug type, and compatibility requirements.

We remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for ensuring that products conform to their descriptions.

3. Prices

All product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Applicable taxes collected by us and delivery charges are disclosed before payment.

VAT treatment is determined according to our tax status and the destination of the order.

Where import charges are not collected by Halo, the applicable arrangements will be disclosed before purchase.

Any changes to product prices will not affect orders for which a purchase contract has already been concluded.

4. Ordering

You may also correct any errors before submitting your order.

Submitting an order through the payment button creates an obligation to pay.

Consumers also benefit from the French legal guarantee against hidden defects.

An action relating to a hidden defect must generally be brought within two years of discovering the defect.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may return the goods for reimbursement or keep them with a reduction in price, subject to applicable legal conditions.

9. Use of Products

Essential oils must not be added to a diffuser unless the product instructions expressly permit their use.

Our diffusers are sold for their stated household and fragrance functions.

We do not promise medical or therapeutic results from the use of our products.

Damage caused by misuse will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Misuse does not automatically remove statutory rights relating to an independent product defect.

10. Responsibility

Halo remains responsible for fulfilling its contractual obligations.

This responsibility also applies when fulfilment partners, suppliers, or delivery carriers are involved in processing or delivering an order.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your statutory consumer rights remain protected.

11. Complaints and Consumer Mediation
